At Onedraft, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, pre-designed, and pre-developed Figma and Framer website templates. Our products are crafted to meet industry standards and customer needs, but we recognize that certain situations may require a refund or credit. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or store credits may be issued for purchases made via our store.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through our store, including website templates, are digital and non-returnable. As such, all sales are final. However, we do offer refunds or store credits under specific circumstances, detailed below:

• Wrong Purchase: : If a customer makes a wrong purchase, we offer store credits of 20% off the purchase price, which will be applied to the next purchase. Please contact our support team within 3 Months of purchase to resolve this issue. 

• Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment occurs, we will issue a full refund for the additional transaction. Notify us with proof of the duplicate payment, and we will process the refund promptly.

• Damaged Links: In the event that a downloaded link is damaged or non-functional, we will offer a full refund based on the purchase price. You can also opt to have a functional link provided to you.  Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and provide details of the problem for review.

• Empty Links: If a link is found to be empty or contains no content, we will immediately provide the correct link to ensure access to the purchased product. Contact our support team for assistance.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at onedraftteam@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

• Provide your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue or the reason for the refund request.

• Attach any relevant documentation, such as screenshots or error reports, to support your claim.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for customers who change their mind after making a purchase.

• Failure to Review Product Descriptions: Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the product descriptions and details before making a purchase. Our product descriptions clearly outline all features and specifications to ensure understanding of what is being purchased. Refunds will not be granted for misunderstandings of the product’s functionality. However, in exceptional cases where a genuine misunderstanding occurs, we may offer a 50% partial refund at our discretion.

• Incompatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with their platform, software, or tools before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility issues.

4. Product Clarity

All products available in our store are clearly described and fully functional. We strive to ensure that customers are provided with accurate and comprehensive information before purchase. For any queries or issues with a product, our responsive support team is available to assist.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you experience an issue with a purchased product, we will either help resolve the problem or, if necessary, offer a refund or replacement for a defective product.
